GL Accountant

📋 Description

• Record financial transactions for multiple clients.
• Post customer payments and maintain AR aging.
• Record vendor invoices and code expenses to proper ledgers.
• Reconcile bank records to the general ledger.
• Process online payroll and record payroll entries.
• Track time spent on multiple engagements for budgeting and billing.

🎯 Requirements

• Located in either Eastern or Central Standard Time Zones
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting or full charge bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting and payroll
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and cloud-based tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft365
