📋 Description

• Supervise hourly employees in the continuous operation of the plant's production activities.
• Maintain focus on plant goals, safety, process improvements, quality and production efficiency.
• Review shift operations and recommend improvements to meet service, quality, safety and
• Ensure the work group is trained and knowledgeable of procedures.
• Monitor control charts and review shifts with key personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work a rotating schedule.
• High School Degree or equivalent (minimum); college education in related major preferred.
• Experience supervising/leading people in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Previous experience in a union environment highly preferred.
• Glass manufacturing experience required.
