Global Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage month-end close across multiple entities, ensuring deadlines are met
• Review and approve accounting journals (payroll, accruals, prepayments, intercompany, bank, debt)
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and support Senior Accountants during close
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual reporting with variance analysis for management
• Lead key accounting processes: intercompany, treasury, leases (IFRS16), payroll, accruals, R&D
• Manage and mentor a team of six accountants to ensure timely, high-quality work

🎯 Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with internal controls and strong financial governance
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is an advantage
• Experience in tech/high-growth environments preferred
