Global Billing Operations, Associate 2

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day client setup activities, including onboarding clients and establishing fee
• Collaborate with onshore and in-market teams to meet timelines.
• Provide SME on complex billing and setup transactions with global stakeholders.
• Data collection, analysis, financial reviews, and variance analysis on billing and invoicing.
• First point of escalation for people, process, and technology issues with compliance.
• Support stakeholders with analytical findings and billing insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; 2–4 years in global
• Strong understanding of billing methodologies and services (custody, sub-custody, trust, asset
• Experience with fee schedules, billing setup, invoicing, and related processes across geographies.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); PowerPoint/Word/Access/Visio helpful.
• Familiarity with billing platforms and financial systems (GL, sub-ledger, etc.).
• Knowledge of Archer GRS or similar platforms is an advantage.
