🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Operations Management leading distributed or gig workforces.
• Technical proficiency with multi-camera hardware and data capture workflows.
• AI data labeling or computer vision data collection experience.
• Global operations experience coordinating labs, offices, and contractors.
• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot unusable footage and improve training.
• Experience with onboarding, recruitment, payroll, and data privacy/compliance.
