Global Client Partner — Enterprise CPG Accounts

📋 Description

• Global Client Partner responsible for day-to-day delivery across Arva's largest global enterprise
• Coordinate across multiple internal functions (sales, agronomy, modeling, sustainability
• Own the account plan with named owners, dates, and a single source of truth on account status.
• Lead cross-functional cadences and frame product/roadmap asks for decisions, not noise.
• Co-own the executive sponsor relationship and run the QBR.
• Travel approximately 50% to the US, Panama, and Malaysia.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ to 12 years of experience in a delivery-accountable role (8–12 years specified).
• Experience in a large CPG organization with procurement and sustainability functions.
• Credible on regenerative agriculture, MRV, carbon accounting, and grower activities.
• Strong program-management skills: runs a tracker, chairs cross-functional meetings, meets dates
• Executive presence with clients and collaborative internal orientation.
• Fluent Spanish is a plus for work with teams in Panama; travel availability ~50%.
