📋 Description

• Evaluate RFPs and participate in strategy discussions to determine bidding approaches.
• Collaborate with BD, contracts, proposals, and ops teams to align proposals with requirements.
• Consult SMEs to determine labor needs, and validate client-specific bidding standards.
• Adapt proposal content to reflect study requirements, budgets, and parameters.
• Review client grids for unit definitions, costs, and cost drivers.
• Prepare and revise proposals for basic to moderately complex opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trial proposal processes, budgeting, and supply chain management.
• Understanding of drug development, FDA guidelines, and GCP principles.
• Strong budgeting parameters and unitized grids understanding.
• Analytical skills with budgets/financials; proficient in Word/Excel.
