• 7+ years in progressive compensation roles.
• Deep expertise in global comp design and operations.
• Experience with ACP, merit, incentives, equity cycles.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel analytics.
• Workday Advanced Compensation or similar platforms.
• Global market benchmarking and vendor management.
