Lead market benchmarking and salary range design.
Analyze internal practices and labor trends to inform merit budgets.
Support incentive plan design (cash and equity).
Interpret P&L, balance sheet, cash flow; assess impact of reward decisions.
Provide guidance to HR and senior leaders in a global, multicultural environment.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in compensation management in multinational/global environments.
Excellent Excel and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Strong foundation in job architecture, leveling, and benchmarking.
Ability to interpret financial statements and KPIs.
Experience designing incentive plans and communicating rewards.
Pragmatic, hands-on, able to manage multiple projects.
