📋 Description

• Own the global HRIS roadmap and governance for People data.
• Ensure data integrity and automate data-based processes with AI Agents.
• Oversee payroll ops across 20-30 countries and ~50 entities.
• Build Payroll Shared Services and scalable processes.
• Lead annual performance and salary review cycle; calibrate market data.
• Interface HR and Finance; apply playbooks consistently across regions.

🎯 Requirements

• About 5-10 years across HRIS, Global Payroll, and Comp & Benefits.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Proven multi-country HR process management in international env.
• Experience designing global compensation review and job architecture.
• Experience building or scaling Shared Services is a strong plus.
