🎯 Requirements

5–10 years across HRIS, Global Payroll, and Comp & Benefits.
Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
Experience in multi-country HR processes and global comp cycles.
Strong analytical data skills; experience with Snowflake/BI; AI/tools.
Fluent English; other languages a plus.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple domains.
