Global Director of Total Rewards and People Systems (HRIS)

📋 Description

• Own the global HRIS roadmap and governance for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure data integrity and enable data-based automation with AI Agents.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll across 20–30 countries and ~60 entities.
• Build and scale Payroll Shared Services functions.
• Own annual performance and salary review cycle design and calibration.
• Lead and grow a 2–3 person HRIS/Payroll team and scale Shared Services.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in HRIS, Global Payroll, and/or Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Experience managing multi-country HR processes in a complex org.
• Experience designing/global compensation review cycles and job architecture.
• Experience building or scaling a Shared Services function is a plus.
• Strong analytical/data skills; HR data modelling; experience with Snowflake/BI; AI/automation.
