🎯 Requirements

5–10 years in HRIS, Global Payroll, and/or Compensation & Benefits.
Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
Proven multi-country HR processes experience; global comp design.
Experience building/scaling Shared Services; data analytics mindset.
Strong English; other languages a plus.
