📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global trade shows and launches; budgets up to $1M.
• Lead cross-functional planning with PMM, Partner Marketing, and Creative.
• Negotiate contracts with exhibit houses, unions, A/V providers, and freight forwarders.
• Oversee on-site activations, booth installs, staffing, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee budgets and schedules; analyze post-event ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• Corporate event production expertise in large-scale, multi-city global events.
• Strategic stakeholder management and negotiation with global teams.
• Advanced project management: logistics, timelines, resources.
• Technical fluency with Cvent, Asana, Slack, Zoom, and mobile event apps.
• Willing to travel up to 35% and work weekends.
• Office: Santa Clara or Bellevue in-office role.
