📋 Description

• Lead the people function end-to-end across US and India.
• Partner with CEOs and function heads on org design, hiring, and talent strategy.
• Own performance, compensation, benefits, and employee development programs.
• Build HR policies, compliance, onboarding, and development frameworks across multi-state US ops and
• Elevate employer brand and oversee US recruiting with India hiring alignment.
• Design onboarding and growth programs; enable internal mobility and leadership development.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Human Resources.
• 5+ years in senior people leadership roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or SHRM/HRCI a plus.
• Experience scaling across distributed teams, multiple locations/time zones as senior leader or
• Proven ability to design high-performance org structures with leaders.
• Strong compensation strategy experience in tech.

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 + up to 20% bonus; equity possible.
• Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Hybrid): 2-3 days in office, remote flexibility.
