• Own Deepgram's physical spaces from site selection to operations.
• Read leases, manage buildouts, and lead facilities operations.
• Build playbooks to open/run locations; hire and lead a small team.
• Oversee real estate strategy across multiple sites and markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in workplace/real estate/facilities or capital projects.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one office buildout.
• Ability to travel to multiple offices regularly.
• Experience negotiating/managing commercial leases and working with brokers/landlords/legal.
• Strong project management across construction and vendors.
• Knowledge of permitting, codes, accessibility, safety.
