🎯 Requirements

• HRBP experience across multiple countries; CRO/pharma experience required
• Degree or HR qualification (BA/BSc or higher)
• Comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuances
• Experience in workforce planning, organization design, talent and leadership development
• Data-driven, commercially minded with ability to translate insights into action
• Strong relationship-building to advise senior stakeholders
