Execute HR support for regional HRBPs across global teams
Interface with employees and managers on policy questions and escalations
Own end-to-end HR programs: performance cycles, compensation, onboarding, offboarding
Utilize AI to draft comms, analyze people data, surface insights
Maintain HRIS data and track open items with accuracy
Coordinate with HR colleagues across time zones to drive consistency

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years HR Generalist experience in fast-paced/global env
Strong communication with employees, managers, senior leaders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
Active user of AI tools in day-to-day work
Solid HR fundamentals: ER, performance, laws, HRIS
Collaborative, discrete, and judgment in handling sensitive info
