Contribute to process standardization and KPIs reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in HR/Business or related field preferred.
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR is a plus.
Interest in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and structured processes.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills; multi-tasking in international setting.
Service-minded, proactive, collaborative with strong communication.
