📋 Description

• Coordinate and deliver day-to-day learning and development activities, including workshops
• Manage learning operations and ensure a smooth experience for employees, managers and stakeholders
• Own and maintain L&D reporting, including participation rates, completion tracking, learning
• Analyse learning data, identify trends and provide insights that support better decision-making.
• Monitor mandatory training completion across multiple jurisdictions and support audit and

• Have proven experience working within a Learning & Development team.
• Bring previous L&D, training coordination or learning operations experience within a
• Have strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with large data sets, reports, tracking files
• Possess a strong analytical mindset and enjoy turning raw information into meaningful insights.
• Are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Communicate confidently in English and feel comfortable working with global stakeholders and
