Develop, implement, and continuously improve DG policies, procedures, and controls for air, ocean
Serve as the subject matter expert on IATA, 49 CFR, IMDG, and related DG regulations
Conduct internal audits of processes and documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance
Drive scalable solutions and metric-based continuous improvement that reduce risk and support growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, industry associations, and key partners
Partner with senior leadership across organizations to align policy, risk posture, and operational

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management
5+ years of hands-on experience managing air, ground, and ocean dangerous goods shipments
3+ years of experience with U.S. and international DG regulations and import/export compliance
Current valid certifications: DOT, IATA, and IMDG
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
