Global Mobility Manager, Strategic Initiatives

📋 Description

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives for global mobility and immigration.
• Coordinate U.S. permanent residence strategy, M&A, organizational change, and global expansion.
• Translate legal/operational complexity into scalable programs and controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Development, Recruiting, People, Finance, and external counsel.
• Build dashboards and program-health measures for compliance, cycle time, quality, cost, and
• Manage external counsel and vendor partnerships with clear SLAs and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in corporate immigration, global mobility, or related program management.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration (PERM, I-140, visa categories).
• Experience building/improving complex mobility programs in a fast-growing, multinational
• Experience supporting M&A, restructurings, or new-market entry.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical policies, workflows, and guidance.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs and driving decisions through ambiguity.
