📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global onboarding from pre-boarding to ramp.
• Build program infrastructure including schedules, guides, logistics, tooling, vendors.
• Track program health and drive continuous improvement with data.
• Design onboarding curriculum reflecting Klaviyo culture and priorities.
• Apply AI tools across the content lifecycle to scale learning.
• Partner with subject matter experts and People/TA/IT/Legal for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program mgmt, learning and development.
• Experience leading global, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong instructional design and multimodal curriculum development.
• AI-focused, experimental approach to learning and content.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear communicator; able to influence senior stakeholders.
