📋 Description

• Be the frontline ensuring shipments move on-time and manage exceptions
• Meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality delivery
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Resolve client issues quickly for smooth origin/destination operations
• Maintain cost-conscious behavior and prevent leakages
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics with partners (steamship lines, air carriers, intermodal/drayage

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or training as forwarding agent
• 1-2+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain; Air freight knowledge a plus
• Fluent in French and English (other European languages a plus)
• Adaptable to new technology; fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and prioritization of large task volumes
• Attention to detail; effective written and verbal communication
