Global Operations Intern

📋 Description

• Maintain ERP data accuracy and SKU catalog across core systems
• Coordinate product labeling workflows and SOPs with internal teams and partners
• Assist import, customs logistics, and new product test setups
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and project leads
• Support English communication across international stakeholders
• Handle operational projects to support partners and teams

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics
• Excellent English communication; strong problem-solving and operational mindset
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data management; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to coordinate with regional partners and freight-forwarding partners
• Comfort with rapid, ambiguous, and global–scale tasks
