Global Operations Manager, Europe

📋 Description

• Develop execution plans to enable market access and rapid growth of operations
• Track and report KPIs on activation timeliness, product access, and health
• Guide planning and resource management for Starlink verticals, incl. business models
• Identify initiatives to improve Starlink's business outlook with leadership
• Lead process and system improvements to enhance handoffs, CX, and scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build networks and ensure compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning
• 1+ year experience based abroad or working with operations outside of the United States
• 1+ year of analytical experience (Excel/MS Office)
• Experience with SQL and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI/Looker
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, R, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Ruby
