• Global Partner Manager for Autonomous Workforce practice
• Lead GTM alignment and co-innovation with strategic partners (e.g., SI, ISV) to drive pipeline and
• Own global partner account plans; drive geo alignment and exec relationship maturity
• Coordinate joint GTM motions across product launches and campaigns
• Enable partners on Autonomous Workforce offerings and ServiceNow AI platform
• Drive in-market execution and field sales activation with regional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in global alliances and partner sales with SaaS/enterprise software
• Strong GTM planning for Channel, SI, and partner ecosystems
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/SAM/SPM a plus
• Proven ability to exceed targets with major partners
• Executive relationship management and cross-functional influence
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and automation
