Global Payroll Implementation Specialist EMEA/LATAM

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Global Payroll implementations for new customers on Remote’s platform.
• Coordinate data gathering, configuration, testing, and Go-Live activities across multiple regions
• Serve as primary contact for customers, ensuring accurate, timely payroll setup and transition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Manage multiple projects with stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.
• Provide training and ongoing support to customers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Global Payroll Implementation experience with statutory tax/regulations knowledge.
• Technical implementation setup experience on local payroll software.
• End-to-end Payroll and HR process understanding.
• Data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, asynchronous collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
