Global Payroll Team Lead (D/M/W)

📋 Description

• Own and lead global payroll operations across 7 countries, including EOR setups.
• Coordinate day-to-day payroll activities with global vendors.
• Manage monthly payroll cycle, navigate country-specific tax/social security, and supervise a few
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and variance reviews for compliant records.
• Oversee payroll funding and prepare monthly forecasts for Treasury.
• Ensure on-time payroll experiences and accurate statutory filings and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record managing multi-country payroll, ideally across EMEA, NA, APAC.
• Deep knowledge of international payroll, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem solving.
• Attention to detail with analytical mindset.
• English fluency; German is a plus; service-oriented attitude for employees.
