Global People Business Partner - R&D

📋 Description

• Own the people agenda for R&D globally and partner with CPO on org design, workforce planning
• Operate as part of the R&D leadership team with a business-focused people perspective.
• Own performance and employee relations end-to-end; diagnose issues and guide resolution with Legal
• Shape organization design, structure, spans and layers to support future growth.
• Build stronger leaders and teams; coach executives and managers for growth and change.
• Collaborate with the People team to develop and improve global practices like onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a senior HR/People Partner supporting engineering, product, R&D, or
• Strong track record as a thought partner to senior executives and leadership teams.
• Deep expertise in organization design, talent strategy, performance management, and employee
• Experience owning performance and ER matters from diagnosis to resolution.
• Global experience driving a global agenda through regional People teams.
• Ability to connect business aims with organizational design, compensation and talent decisions.
