Global People (HR) Technology & Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier
• collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology
• manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance
• support and train key users, resolve escalations, and coordinate system-related requests
• administer user roles, permissions, and access across HR platforms
• manage data integrations, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot system issues

🎯 Requirements

• minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology, HRIS, or related role
• hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters
• experience in system administration, governance, and user support
• good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
