📋 Description

• Own Anthropic's global equipment strategy for power generation, grid integration, and OEM
• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for gas turbines, engines, transformers, switchgear, solar, and
• Coordinate global OEM capacity, reservations, and framework terms to enable programmatic
• Partner with energy origination, engineering, finance, and partners to align equipment plans with

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in power equipment, grid infrastructure, or energy markets across multiple functions (OEM
• Track record building processes for forecasting, planning, and procuring power equipment for data
• Deep familiarity with gas turbines, engines, transformers, MV/HV switchgear, solar, and battery
• Experience negotiating master supply or capacity reservation agreements with major OEMs; knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
