Global Pricing Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert on Lyra pricing model and win-rate drivers in Employer Solutions
• Translate pricing models into simple, sellable structures and lead pricing enablement
• Develop quotes and proposals for prospects with Sales and Customer Success
• Provide recommendations to streamline quote-to-cash processes and drive operational improvements
• Partner with Sales/Customer Success on deal structuring for prospects and renewals
• Manage timelines and set timelines with cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or related quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, or business ops
• Forecasting, data analysis, and building financial models; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong communication; ability to distill complex financial data for GTM leadership and external clients
• Organized and deadline-driven with competing priorities
• Analytical and operational with sound business judgment
