Global Pricing Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead listing-based pricing rollout across markets for Docplanner Group
• Diagnose performance, propose fixes, coordinate local/global teams
• Roll out pricing to new countries with targets and cadence
• Own ARPU target for the segment
• Align pricing with GTM, sales, and local/global teams
• Design and run experiments to validate pricing moves

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in pricing, ideally SaaS or marketplace
• Direct experience with GTM or sales on pricing decisions
• Data-driven with ability to back conclusions with numbers
• Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making
• Ability to explain complex numbers simply
• SQL capable of pulling own data
