• Lead growth of the U.S. advisory services portfolio within power distribution and energy.
• Shape portfolio strategy and translate customer needs into offerings.

• Develop GTM plans, pricing, and business models.
• Drive revenue, margin, and customer experience objectives.
• Expand services like Arc Flash Risk Assessments, Infrared Inspections, LOTO.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in product, marketing, sales, or related roles.
• Experience in service operations and field service (power/energy/industrial).
• Strong understanding of customer needs and electrical products.
• Proven in creating innovative, customer-focused offerings.
• Experience with complex engagements and M&A activities.
• Excellent communication and global stakeholder management.
