• Coordinate lifecycle of global marketing materials
• Partner with GSM operations and MLR review teams
• Traffic materials and ensure timely completion
• Prioritize materials and track MLR progress
• Escalate risks and communicate status to stakeholders
• Align with senior leadership and global teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business with 5+ years PM exp
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones
• Experience with medical, legal, regulatory teams
• Familiarity with taxonomy and metadata standards
