📋 Description

• Develop, standardize, implement, and improve global project planning methods, processes, tools, and
• Support regional project teams during tender and early project phases by helping develop baselines
• Review schedules for feasibility, completeness, quality, and risks.
• Conduct planning quality assessments, due diligence, and regional reviews to strengthen reliability.
• Train and coach regional schedulers on planning systems, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure qualification and availability of scheduling resources across regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical discipline, engineering, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in project scheduling with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft
• Extensive knowledge of international project execution and scheduling, ideally in power generation
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or leading project planning/scheduling teams.
• Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, baseline development, risk identification, and
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking to solve complex planning challenges.
