Global Project Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, standardize, implement, and continuously improve global project planning methods
• Support regional project teams during tender and early project phases by helping develop realistic
• Review project schedules to assess feasibility, consistency, completeness, quality, and potential
• Conduct project planning quality assessments, due diligence reviews, and regional project reviews
• Train, coach, and support regional project schedulers on planning systems, tools, methodologies
• Help ensure appropriate qualification, capability, and availability of project scheduling resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, engineering, project management, or a
• 10+ years of professional experience in project scheduling, with strong expertise in Primavera P6
• Extensive knowledge of international project execution and scheduling practices, ideally in power
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or providing functional leadership to project planning or
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies, scheduling standards, baseline development, risk
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking; strong communication and presentation skills; ability
