📋 Description

  • Develop, standardize, implement, and improve global project planning methods, tools, and scheduling
  • Support regional project teams during tender and early phases with baseline schedules.
  • Review project schedules for feasibility, quality, and risks.
  • Conduct planning quality assessments and regional reviews to strengthen reliability.
  • Train, coach, and support regional schedulers on planning systems and methods.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, engineering, project management, or
  • 10+ years in project scheduling; Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of international scheduling practices in power, hydro, infrastructure, or large-scale
  • Experience training, coaching, mentoring scheduling teams.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, baseline development, risk, and quality.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
