Global Project Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, standardize, implement, and improve global project planning methods, processes, tools, and
• Support regional project teams during tender and early project phases by helping develop baselines
• Review project schedules for feasibility, consistency, completeness, quality, and risks.
• Conduct planning quality assessments, due diligence, and regional reviews to strengthen scheduling
• Train, coach, and support regional schedulers on planning systems, tools, methodologies, and best
• Help ensure qualification, capability, and availability of scheduling resources across regions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical discipline, engineering, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project scheduling experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Extensive knowledge of international project execution and scheduling practices, ideally in
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or providing functional leadership to scheduling teams.
• Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, baseline development, risk identification, and
