🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in technical field, engineering, PM, or related.
• 10+ years in project scheduling; strong with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Knowledge of international scheduling practices in power/ infrastructure sectors.
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring scheduling teams.
• Understanding of planning methods, baseline development, risk ID, schedule quality.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with problem-solving in scheduling challenges.
