Global Project Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, standardize, implement, and improve global project planning methods, processes, tools, and
• Support regional project teams during tender and early phases by helping develop baselines
• Review schedules for feasibility, consistency, completeness, quality, and risks.
• Conduct planning quality assessments, due diligence, and regional reviews to strengthen scheduling
• Train, coach, and support regional schedulers on systems, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Help ensure qualification and availability of scheduling resources across global regions and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, engineering, project management, or
• 10+ years of professional experience in project scheduling with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft
• Extensive knowledge of international project execution and scheduling practices in power
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or leading project planning/scheduling teams.
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies, scheduling standards, baseline development, risk
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, with strong communication/presentation skills for
