Global Project Planning Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, standardize, implement, and improve global project planning methods and tools
• Support regional teams during tender and early phases with realistic baselines
• Review schedules for feasibility, quality, and risks
• Conduct planning quality assessments and regional reviews
• Train and coach regional schedulers on planning systems and best practices
• Ensure qualified, available scheduling resources across regions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field, engineering, PM, or related
• 10+ years in project scheduling; strong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project skills
• Extensive knowledge of international scheduling practices; energy/infra plant experience preferred
• Experience training/mentoring planning teams
• Strong planning methodologies, baseline development, risk identification, and schedule quality
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills; ability to influence without direct
