📋 Description

• Lead and build Rubrik's Resource Management and capacity planning for Global Professional Services.
• Drive cross-regional alignment across NAM, EMEA, APAC to ensure data integrity and scalable
• Champion PSA/system-of-record implementation to automate capacity planning, forecasting, and
• Partner with PS Delivery, Finance, and HR to enable global stakeholders and meet projected demand.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years in resource management, capacity planning, or PS operations using PSA/AI.
• Experience leading sub-contractor ecosystems as an extension of Consulting/Delivery.
• Track record building global resource mgmt/capacity planning for Global Professional Services.
• Executive presence; ability to present data and influence senior stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration across global teams; strong operational systems and BI knowledge.
• Bachelor’s in CS, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience welcome).
