🎯 Requirements

  • Proven Outreach experience in operations or process improvement.
  • Maintain and improve business systems—workflow design, tool config, and consistency.
  • Strong problem-solving: identify root causes and drive process improvements.
  • Experience with data quality, data stewardship, or analytics for faster sales execution.
  • Ability to create clear docs and train distributed teams.
