  • Own global SDR playbook & outbound strategy across LATAM, NAM, and EMEA.
  • Build the global SDR playbook with messaging, qualification criteria, and benchmarks.
  • Lead and coach SDRs across regions; train on cold outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Drive pipeline across inbound, outbound, and partner-sourced motions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align campaigns.
  • Lead from the front; personally prospect into strategic accounts.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS/fintech/tech sales, with 3+ years leading SDR/BDR teams (8โ€“12 reps).
  • Proven success building or scaling outbound SDR programs that hit/exceed pipeline targets.
  • Experience managing distributed/multi-region SDR teams across LATAM, NAM, and/or EMEA.
  • Strong coaching in cold outreach, messaging, objection handling, and qualification.
  • CRM and sales automation tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong.
  • Highly analytical; able to pull insights from dashboards, KPIs, and funnel metrics.
  • Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese required.
