  • Own the global SDR playbook & strategy across NAM, LATAM, EMEA.
  • Lead, coach & develop a multi-region SDR team with 1:1s & training.
  • Drive pipeline generation and conversion for inbound/outbound/partner motions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & RevOps on ICPs, campaigns & dashboards.
  • Lead from the front: personally prospect strategic accounts to refine scripts.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ yrs B2B SaaS/fintech/tech sales; 3+ yrs leading SDR/BDR teams (8โ€“12 reps).
  • Proven outbound SDR programs that hit or exceed pipeline targets; fintech exposure.
  • Experience leading distributed/multi-region SDR teams across LATAM, NAM, EMEA.
  • Coach teams on cold outreach, messaging, objections, and qualification.
  • CRM & automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong.
  • Tri-lingual EN/ES/PT; fintech/payments; AI outbound tools; ICP segmentation.
