  • Own the global SDR playbook and outbound strategy across regions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS/fintech sales with 3+ years leading SDR teams (8-12 reps).
  • Proven success building outbound SDR programs that hit targets.
  • Experience managing multi-region SDR teams across LATAM, NAM & EMEA.
  • Coaching on cold outreach, messaging, objections, and qualification.
  • CRM and sales tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Gong.
  • Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
