📋 Description

  • Own the Global SDR playbook and outbound strategy across regions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team across multiple regions.
  • Drive pipeline generation and conversion across inbound, outbound, and partner motions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech sales with 3+ years leading SDR/BDR teams.
  • Proven success building or scaling outbound SDR programs that hit pipeline targets.
  • Experience managing distributed/multi-region SDR teams across LATAM, NAM, and/or EMEA.
  • Coaching teams in cold outreach, messaging, objection handling, and qualification.
  • Strong CRM & sales automation skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Gong).
  • Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
