Global Sourcing Director - Supply and Demand Planning

📋 Description

• Lead supply and demand planning across Graphcore’s global operations.
• Drive forecasting, sourcing, inventory optimization, and scalable operations.
• Align supply plans with financial and business objectives; manage S&OP processes.
• Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to support planning.
• Identify risks, fluctuations, and constraints; develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee NPI transitions, minimize excess/obsolete inventory exposure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, Math
• Proven experience in logistics, sourcing, or demand planning for AI infrastructure or high-scale
• Strong forecasting, ERP, and planning tooling (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Advanced analytical, data-driven decision-making, and executive-level communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning and process improvement.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
